SOP’s altered after issue automatically revert to draft mode until re issued. Once an altered SOP is re issued an entry is automatically generated in the Amendment Register. Alteration of an SOP automatically flows through to any affected Process Flow, Hazard Analysis, HACCP Audit Table, Job Descriptions and Training Matrices.
