Telephone support is available between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST Monday
to Friday. Telephone support outside these times is available by
appointment. |
Email Support |
Email support is available 24/7. We aim to respond to email support
requests within 2 hrs during business hours and by start of next working
day outside business hours. |
Remote Support |
Remote support using our "Helpdesk Software" is available as part of
your support and upgrade subscription between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST
Monday to Friday. Remote support outside these times is available by
appointment. Remote support is available during the free 14 day trial of
our software. |

Instant messaging (chat) support is available via Windows Messenger
