Software support is provided free for Thirty (30) days from date of registration. Ongoing software support and twice yearly program updates are available. Ask for more details. We believe that we provide the most comprehensive software support options available.

Telephone Support Telephone support is available between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST Monday to Friday. Telephone support outside these times is available by appointment.
Email Support Email support is available 24/7. We aim to respond to email support requests within 2 hrs during business hours and by start of next working day outside business hours.
Remote Support Remote support using our "Helpdesk Software" is available as part of your support and upgrade subscription between 9:00am and 5:00pm AEST Monday to Friday. Remote support outside these times is available by appointment. Remote support is available during the free 14 day trial of our software.
